Q: What does stash space mean?

A: Because I work and live in the same place, my space is limited. Essentially the fee for stash space is a storage fee for large projects that will take over a month to complete, like larger fine art pieces and commissions for multiple items at once. Most will not be charged this fee.

Q: Why am i being charged a patterning fee?

A: If I am making you something wholly custom, I might have to design a brand new pattern for your item. This scenario may contribute to a more expensive pattern as it will require extra time to test and work out the kinks, as well as additional materials. A cheaper pattern fee could be for something like a custom sweater or tapestry, where I’d just design a color-work pattern in software, which I have to pay a yearly subscription fee for.
